PROCESSING TIME: These are physically printed film transfers that will be shipped. Processing time is 3-5 business days plus shipping.
SHIPPING: All Iron On Transfer purchases over $49.99 ship free. $6.95 flat rate shipping under $49.99. Purchase total is on transfer purchases in the order only. Does not include any digital purchases in the order.
VIP MEMBERS: Membership vouchers can be applied to transfer purchases and shipping. Extra membership discounts apply to digital products only.
SIZING: Not all images are dimensional. Your transfer will be printed based on the longest side. For example, if you select an 8.5×11″ transfer size but the image is a circle, the transfer will be printed as an 11″ circle. If you select a 4×4 transfer and the transfer is a rectangle the printed transfer could be 4″ x 2″ because the longest dimension is 4″.

Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
