Our warehouse staff are highly educated and will package the items according to our precise and exact specifications. Before shipping, all goods are thoroughly inspected and securely secured. It is important to note that orders with multiple items are subject to a processing period that is based to the item.
Before shipping, we will examine thoroughly the items you have ordered. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. Be aware that it is possible for your order to become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and be unused. You must have the item in the original packaging.
