The design is delivered as a digital download in a zip file. SVG, PNG, DXF, JPG and PDF file types are included to be used with a variety of software programs.
SVG FILES: SVG Files are suitable for Cricut cutting machine, and other cutting machines such as Brother Scanncut, Pazzles Inspiration (the Pro Version), Silhouette Cameo (the Designers Edition), Sizzix Eclips etc. In case you are not sure about the version of your machine/software edition, please make sure you consult your cutting machines instructions manual as we are not able to offer additional training on this.
DXF FILES: Are suitable for users that own a Silhouette Cameo Standard Edition. Import the DXF File from your Silhouette Studio Workspace and it should load fine.
PNG FILES: PNG Files with a transparent background printing or print and cut.
JPG and PDF image files
Once you purchase this file, there are NO refunds due to the digital nature of the product.
You MAY NOT claim the artwork as your own, tweak the design to make it your own, share the file(s) you purchased for download or sale anywhere.

It is important to note that orders with multiple items are subject to a processing period that is based to the item.

Returns
Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. Be aware that it is possible for your order to become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and be unused. You must have the item in the original packaging.
